PROGRAM STARTS

EVERY FRIDAY 

GRIEF RECOVERY ONLINE PROGRAM

  • A total of six online modules.

  • Each of the 6 modules will be released on Fridays at 7:00 am central standard time (CST), accompanied by an email notification containing the link to the content.

  • Each module will contain:

    •  A series of videos supporting the respective program component as detailed below.

    • Worksheets, diagrams, and references to be used and filled out for the recovery/completion process.

  • The program consists of three components:

    • DISCOVERY component consists of modules one (1) and two (2). The focus is gaining a more in-depth understanding of grief/loss, the discovery of loss events in your life, and recognizing the respective impacts. 

    • RECOVERY component consists of modules three (3) and four (4). The focus is the selection of a unique relationship associated with a loss event, determining and formulating respective recovery components, and constructing/delivering the completion letter.

    • THRIVE component consists of modules five (5) and six (6). The focus is on developing the practice of getting "emotionally complete" with outstanding loss events and moving beyond the loss with updated hopes, dreams, and desires. Identifying goals and vision and reclaiming areas of your life with the power of "I AM.

GRIEF RECOVERY ONLINE PROGRAM BONUSES

GRIEF RECOVERY GROUP COACHING CALL

  • Grief recovery group coaching calls led by Frank Zendejas.

  • Group coaching calls will be online via Zoom application.

  • Two weekly 60-minute group coaching calls to accommodate participant schedules throughout the six-week program.  

  • Group coaching calls to take place:

    • Sundays 7 pm - 8 pm central standard time

    • Tuesdays 7 pm - 8 pm central standard time

  • Group coaching calls will be recorded.

  • Group participants can attend both weekly coaching calls.

  • The purpose of the group coaching calls is to coach you by answering, guiding, supporting, and expanding on grief, loss, emotional, and recovery concepts and actions over the six-week program.

 

RECOVERY RESILIENCE PROGRAM 

This program consists of different resilience modalities to support you through your recovery/completion path. These recorded audio and video modalities include and not limited:

  • Guided meditations

  • Mind clearing practices and concepts to ground you/bring your back to center.

  • Breathwork to build resilience and restore calmness

  • Physical movement to release stress 

GRIEF RECOVERY COMMUNITY

Facebook group for all individuals enrolled in the online program. This online community serves to provide support with and for one another, post questions and answers, and share with a sense of safety and connection.
